Job summary

Cytiva is seeking a Director of Strategic Growth & Commercial to accelerate growth of Clinical Programs from Marlborough, MA. The role is on-site with a remote-work provision, reporting to the Sr. Director, Clinical Programs Portfolio & Commercial Ops.

Qualifications

• Experience leading global cross-functional transformation, commercialization, integration, or operating model initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
• Experience developing go-to-market approaches, commercial playbooks, customer engagement frameworks, field enablement materials, governance models, and business performance metrics.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows and customer-facing program governance.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and influence across global organizations.
• Experience working across global regions and strategic growth markets, including China.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial integration of Fast Trak and GoSilico into the Clinical Workflow Management model with engagement frameworks and governance.
• Lead cross-functional alignment of Clinical Programs across Cytiva's commercial ecosystem and regional routines.
• Translate strategic priorities into demand-generation plans and growth targets for Fast Trak services.
• Develop tools, messaging, training, and field enablement materials for commercial teams.
• Act as the primary global connection point across Fast Trak, GoSilico, CWM, and regional teams.
• Establish governance, business reviews, and performance tracking to improve funnel visibility and forecast accuracy.
• Lead strategic growth and commercialization for Clinical Programs with Product Management and market plans.
