Flagship Pioneering in Cambridge, MA seeks a Director, Growth to partner with a Team Principal and GrowthCo leaders to drive value creation across a portfolio of GrowthCos. You will act as the primary analytical, operational, and strategic partner and coordinate Flagship resources.

This role offers rare, full‑spectrum exposure across strategic, operational, scientific, financial, and commercial imperatives, requiring cross‑functional collaboration and execution leadership to maximize portfolio

Qualifikationen

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in life sciences preferred.
• 5+ years experience at the intersection of life sciences and business.
• Ability to understand financial models and translate data into strategy.
• Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the Team Principal's right hand on day-to-day execution and drive items to closure.
• Coordinate with Flagship governance processes and prepare materials for forums.
• Attend Growth governance meetings to track deliverables and ensure follow-up.
• Maintain a current view of GrowthCos' priorities and act as connective tissue between teams.
• Ensure decisions translate into concrete next steps with owners and timelines.
