Job summary

Mastercard Inc. seeks a Director of Finance Business Partner for A&CS to drive planning, analysis, and strategic support across the global organization. You will partner with Delivery and Group Executives to shape the P&L and advise actions with long-term implications.

You will lead the Delivery planning process, consolidate forecasts, monitor margins, and deliver standardized KPI reporting. The role requires MBA, strong analytical skills, and executive communication in a complex matrix

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Advanced analytical and financial skills with the ability to develop financial models.
• Forecasting/budgeting experience; identify opportunities and risks to annual goals.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; thrives in a matrix organization.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Hyperion, Oracle Financials and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Finance lead for planning/analysis; advise actions impacting P&L.
• Lead Delivery annual planning; align revenue targets with objectives.
• Consolidate and review forecasts; provide global risk/opportunity insights.
• Develop monthly KPIs and financial reporting for executives.
• Support ad-hoc analysis and cross-functional business partnering.
