Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Corporate Accounting Manager to lead the global financial reporting process, consolidate results, and ensure timely compliance with US GAAP and SEC requirements. You will partner with regional controllership, FP&A, Tax, and External Auditors to drive accuracy and continuous improvement.

In this role you will manage monthly close, prepare management reports, support Form 10-Q/10-K disclosures, and mentor a team across multiple regions while driving automation and stronger

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and active CPA license.
• 5+ years in progressive accounting including public or corporate accounting.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
• Experience with external filings (10-Q/10-K) and earnings releases.
• Ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly consolidated results and management reporting packages.
• Collaborate with global teams for quarterly/annual reporting.
• Support earnings materials and disclosure schedules for SEC filings.
• Provide executive analyses of trends and variances.
• Drive process improvements in financial close and consolidation.
• Coordinate with auditors for reviews and audits.
• Assist with new accounting standards impact assessments.
• Support internal controls and automation initiatives.
