We are seeking a Director, CX Data Enablement & Platforms Technical Suite Lead to unify data master domains, govern data across enterprise, and drive secure, scalable platforms.

This leadership role guides global capability teams, manages vendor partners, and shapes governance in a product-led operating model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related field.
• Advanced degree in computer science, engineering, or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of data engineering/enterprise platform delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Set and drive the technical direction for Data Enablement & Platforms within CX Operations.
• Collaborate on value-focused roadmaps and develop scalable architectures.
• Own budget/resource allocation and ensure secure, compliant data workflows.
• Lead and develop technical leads; manage vendor partners and cross-team dependencies.
