Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a CX Global Capability Owner, Data Master (US) to lead strategy, delivery, adoption, and value realization of Data Master platforms across Commercial domains. You will partner with Global Capability Owners, Tech Leads, and vendor teams to ensure solutions align with enterprise standards.

Qualifications
- Understanding of capability, consent, payer, patient, HCP/HCO master data management (MDM) solutions.
- Knowledge of commercial data mastering, identity resolution, governance, and data quality.
- Experience designing scalable product frameworks and governance standards.
Responsibilities
- Define the capability vision and outcomes aligned to priorities with stakeholders.
- Own and evolve the US Data Master roadmap with value-driven prioritization.
- Translate business strategies into team plans with proper sequencing and resources.
- Partner with leadership to translate needs into measurable capability solutions.
- Develop and maintain a prioritized data master roadmap aligned with enterprise standards.
