Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Director-level leader to drive Data Enablement & Platforms within Customer Experience Operations. You will set technical direction for data platforms, own budgets, and guide cross-functional teams including data masters, governance, and vendor partners to scale enterprise capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience after Bachelor’s degree (or 8+ years after Master’s) in data engineering, technical architecture, or enterprise platform delivery management.
• 3+ years as Tech Lead, Technical Program Manager, Engineering Manager, or similar.
• 6-8 years of experience leading people and driving accountability across functions.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale digital platforms such as enterprise data platforms for master data and analytics datasets.
• Experience guiding technical architecture within complex, global organizations.
• Experience using Agile and Product Operating Model principles to drive alignment and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead data master domains and governance to ensure compliant, scalable platforms.
• Oversee cross-team coordination of roadmaps, dependencies, and architecture decisions.
• Manage budget, resources, and vendor partnerships to maximize impact.
• Collaborate with CX and Enterprise data teams to align on standards and enable analytics across the organization.
