Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals seeks a strategic leader to own the Commercial Data Enablement & Platforms capabilities. You will guide data sourcing, governance, and analytics initiatives to enable trusted customer insights and omnichannel engagement across global markets.

You will partner with CX, analytics, and technology leaders to mature data platforms, ensure data quality, and drive scalable data solutions in a regulated environment. Travel up to 20–30% may be required.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of commercial data operating models including governance, quality, and lifecycle management.
• Experience with data platforms and governance in a regulated industry (pharma/healthcare preferred).
• Strong leadership, with ability to manage and develop a high‑performing team within a global, matrix structure.

Responsibilities

• Set vision and multi-year strategy for Commercial Data Enablement & Platforms aligned to CX priorities.
• Define centralized data operating model across sourcing, ingestion, governance, and quality.
• Oversee vendor management, data standards, and data usability across brands and regions.
