Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is expanding its capabilities in a product operating model to power global customer experiences. The US Data Master team will own the strategy, delivery, adoption, and value realization of master data platforms that enable trusted customer insights across Commercial domains.

You will partner with Global Capability Owners, Tech Leads, and business stakeholders to define roadmaps, ensure data governance, and measure outcomes that drive scalable, data-driven engagement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data mastering in pharmaceutical or healthcare industries.
• Experience with digital product management, product ownership or demonstrated experience managing the creation and delivery of a product roadmap within a cross-functional team.
• Experience working with global data platforms, data governance solutions, MDM tools, CRM systems, reporting tools or comparable technologies.

Responsibilities

• Define and articulate the capability vision and outcomes aligned to global and franchise priorities in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Own and evolve the US Data Master roadmap, prioritizing and making trade-off decisions to maximize value based on user feedback and data strategy.
• Collaborate with Global Capability Owners, Tech Lead, and development teams to align priorities with data architecture and platform capabilities.
• Monitor capability adoption, KPIs, and engagement metrics to guide backlog prioritization and continuous improvement.
