Job summary

eBay is seeking a Senior Director, Global Benefits & Wellbeing to lead the vision and governance of our worldwide benefits programs. You will design, implement, and optimize physical, financial, and emotional wellbeing initiatives across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC to attract and retain top talent.

You will partner with Finance, Legal, IT, and regional teams to ensure compliance, cost controls, and data-driven improvements, while mentoring a high-performing global benefits team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-wide benefits and wellbeing strategies.
• Strong financial stewardship including budgeting, forecasting, and cost modeling.

Responsibilities

• Set and evolve the multi-year global benefits and wellbeing strategy across 25+ countries.
• Design, implement, and manage global benefits programs across regions with a focus on cost, compliance, and employee experience.
• Advise senior leaders on benefits philosophy, market positioning, and ROI.
• Lead and scale a global benefits team and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
• Oversee governance, data privacy, and regulatory filings for global programs.
