HelloFresh is seeking an Associate Director, Production Technology to lead the strategic direction and reliability of the technology ecosystem powering its North American fulfillment network. You will bridge operations, engineering, IT, automation, and digital transformation to enable safe, scalable, and efficient fulfillment.

• Ability to translate complex tech into measurable operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-year fulfillment technology strategy across North America.
• Oversee WMS, WES, WCS, robotics, automation, and system integrations.
• Partner with Operations, Automation, Engineering, IT and external providers to deploy scalable solutions.
• Establish proactive technology support, standardization, and governance.
• Drive performance analytics, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead technology delivery for new fulfillment center launches and network transformations.
• Build a high-performing team and strong cross-functional partnerships to protect commitments and optimize fulfillment.
