You will shape strategy, advise on technical decisions, and drive alignment across engineering, procurement, and construction teams from concept through to execution.

You will guide schedules, cost estimates, risk assessments, and high-level equipment choices while ensuring project alignment with industry standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in traditional energy development and/or construction.
• Experience across pre-construction, engineering, and project execution.
• Proven ability to lead cross-disciplinary teams and influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead conceptual design and front-end engineering for natural gas-fired generation facilities.
• Develop and review project schedules, cost estimates, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate pre-construction deliverables across engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
• Provide high-level input on major equipment and system selection.
• Review engineering docs for alignment with specs and standards.
• Identify opportunities to optimize performance, efficiency, and constructability.
• Drive alignment across cross-functional teams and ensure clear communication.
• Act as a technical and strategic advisor to project leadership.
