Job summary

Rambus, a premier chip and silicon IP provider, seeks a Director of FP&A in San Jose, CA. This hybrid role drives monthly forecasts, annual plans, and long-range strategies, partnering with IT and data teams on ERP implementations.

You will lead consolidated forecasts, provide executive insights, and strengthen planning processes to support strategic investments and improvements in reporting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience with FP&A leadership.
• Experience in semiconductor/tech industry preferred.
• Public-company finance experience and investor relations coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly forecasts, the annual operating plan, and long-term planning.
• Deliver analyses comparing results to plan and forecast.
• Oversee revenue, gross margin, OPEX, and headcount planning.
• Prepare executive and board presentations.
• Drive automation and finance system improvements.
• Support S&OP with financial analysis and planning.
• Collaborate with Accounting for reporting accuracy.
• Evaluate M&A opportunities with financial models.
