Job summary

CRH Americas Materials is recruiting for the position of Director, FP&A based in Atlanta, GA. The role entails providing timely industry and market analysis, financial duties, and analytic support to the VP, FP&A and Finance Transformation within Corporate Finance.

The candidate will lead budgeting, five-year forecast projections, and drive improvements in forecasting processes, while partnering with various functional teams and senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting or related field.
• Minimum 8+ years of relevant finance experience in manufacturing, construction, investment banking or related industry.
• MBA, CPA or CMA desirable.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with parent company to support CRH public reporting requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams to gather information for financial analysis.
• Partner with operations, performance and strategy teams to drive strategic decisions.
