CRH Americas Materials is seeking a Director of FP&A for the South Central Division to lead budgeting, forecasting, and analytics, partnering with senior leadership to drive revenue, margin, and capital decisions. You will build a high-performing FP&A team and shape long-term profitability with advanced analytics and innovative processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Master’s degree, CPA or CMA a plus.
• 10+ years in finance with 5+ years FP&A experience.
• Experience in a public company or large multinational organization.
• Experience in building materials or asset-intensive environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end FP&A: budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analytics.
• Partner with Division leadership to influence revenue, margins, costs and capex.
• Develop managerial reporting and insights for leadership teams.
• Drive capital allocation decisions and strategic planning.
• Oversee FP&A team and mentor finance professionals.
• Champion data analytics and digital tooling across FP&A.
