Job summary

CRH Americas Materials is seeking a financially minded Director of FP&A in Houston, TX. You will partner with Division leadership to drive budgeting, forecasting, and analytics, guiding capital allocation and profitability decisions.

You will build a high-performing team, advance digital analytics, and ensure compliant financial planning across the division, while traveling up to 25% to support initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including 5+ years in FP&A or related roles.
• Experience in a public company and/or large, matrixed multinational organization preferred.
• Experience in building materials, industrial, or asset-intensive environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end FP&A: budgeting, forecasting, and analytics for the South Central Division.
• Provide strategic insights to influence revenue, margins, and cost decisions.
• Develop managerial reporting and presentations for leadership teams.
• Oversee internal controls and compliance with CRH policies.
