CRH Americas Materials Inc. is seeking a Director of FP&A based in Atlanta, GA to deliver timely analysis of industry and market activities and provide analytic support to the VP, FP&A and Finance Transformation.

This role offers significant exposure to senior CRH management and partners with cross-functional teams on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives. The position requires deep financial modeling, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 8+ years of relevant Finance experience in manufacturing, construction, investment banking or related industry
• Expert proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel and Hyperion
• MBA, CPA and/or CMA desirable

Responsibilities

• Work closely with parent company in support of CRH public reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information for financial analysis.
• Partner with operations, performance, and strategy teams to drive strategic decisions.
• Streamline and consolidate monthly reporting for senior management.
• Coordinate deep-dive analysis of operating company variances and identify trends.
• Model business scenarios and track performance metrics; provide predictive analysis.
