Job summary

CRH Americas Materials Inc in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to develop, analyze, and maintain key financial reporting and metrics for senior leadership.

In this role you will coordinate monthly close activities, assist with forecasts and budgeting, and partner with FP&A to provide insights and ad hoc analyses. This position requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in general finance and accounting areas or in industry.
• Prior experience in operations/manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Distribute monthly cost summary reporting.
• Coordinate reviews with corporate cost center owners.
• Perform month end closing activities as directed.
• Assist with management analysis and reporting submissions.
• Partner with Corporate FP&A on monthly forecasts and annual budget.
• Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting for senior management.
• Respond to internal and external audit requests.
• Assist with quarterly financial reporting (US GAAP and IFRS).
• Lead annual budget collection, consolidation and review for corporate entities.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
