Job summary

CRH Americas Materials seeks a Director of FP&A to lead the end-to-end financial planning and analysis for the South Central Division from Houston. You will partner with senior leadership to influence revenue, margins, and cost decisions, and drive disciplined FP&A processes and analytics.

The role demands a commercially minded finance leader with 10+ years in FP&A or related fields, strong GAAP knowledge, and a track record of developing teams in a matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; advanced degree or professional certification a plus.
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience including FP&A or operational finance roles of increasing responsibility.
• Experience in a public company or large multinational organization preferred.
• Experience in building materials or asset-intensive environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end FP&A for the Division, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analytics.
• Partner with senior leadership to influence revenue, margins, and cost decisions.
• Develop managerial reporting and presentations for leadership with timely, decision-ready insights.
• Oversee data analytics and automation to improve planning and reporting efficiency.
• Support capital allocation decisions and long-term strategic planning.
