Job summary

LA28 seeks a Director, Fleet Systems to establish operating models, service policies, and technology for TX Ready-to-Go, TX Bookable, accessible TX, and allocated vehicle programs from the ground up. You will turn service levels into executable plans and enable operations and tech partners to succeed at Games-time.

Based on-site in Downtown Los Angeles, you will build and lead the Fleet Systems team, manage budgets, risks, and suppliers, and set KPIs to guide critical decisions for a world-stage

Qualifications

• 8+ years of fleet operations experience with leadership
• Experience in demand forecasting and fleet sizing
• Experience implementing fleet-management systems and booking platforms
• Bachelor's degree preferred; PMP or equivalent asset

Responsibilities

• Establish strategy, operating models, and plans for TX allocated fleet systems
• Define and integrate fleet technology with Games systems
• Lead readiness simulations across the Fleet Operations Center
• Direct service-side control of TX and allocated vehicles during Games
• Build and lead the Fleet Systems team; manage budgets and suppliers
• Set performance indicators to guide decisions
• Travel and operate across Games footprint as needed
