Job summary

LA28 is seeking a Senior Manager, MOC and External Coordination in Downtown Los Angeles to lead the design and implementation of the Main Operations Center framework for the LA28 Games. You will connect all operations sites, stakeholders, and delivery partners to ensure seamless Games-time operations.

You will own pre-Games layout planning, govern external information-sharing, define decision processes, and drive governance across 100+ sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years in major events or complex operational environments.
• Experience in building or operating large command centers or facilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of the Main Operations Center (MOC) framework for LA28.
• Coordinate with external partners to develop information-sharing and governance processes.
• Define roles, reporting lines, and operating procedures across LA28 and delivery partners.
• Oversee escalation, decision-making protocols, and situation response for Games-time operations.
