Crowley is seeking a Director, Fleet Strategy and Planning to lead fleet and capacity planning for scheduled liner services. You will align vessel deployment, sailing frequencies, port rotations with trade-lane demand and financial objectives.

This role partners with Liner Operations, Network and Capacity Management, Commercial, Finance, and Executive Leadership to deliver reliable schedules and optimized capacity.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in liner shipping, network or capacity planning
• Experience with vessel deployment, service design, and fleet optimization
• Leadership across cross-functional teams and projects

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain short- and long-term fleet plans aligned with network strategy and growth priorities.
• Evaluate owned, chartered, and alternative capacity options to support reliable liner services.
• Lead deployment planning for scheduled liner services and ensure schedule integrity.
• Collaborate with Liner Operations, Network & Capacity Management, Commercial, Finance and Executive Leadership.
• Provide analytics and business cases to support vessel acquisitions and capacity actions.
