Job summary

Carnival Corporation & plc is seeking a Senior Supply Planner to act as the senior technical authority for planning segments and to translate demand signals into time-phased supply plans that support fleet readiness, service levels, and working capital. You will drive scenario analysis, identify constraints, and develop decision-ready recommendations across cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related quantitative discipline.
• APICS CPIM, CSCP, or equivalent certification preferred; Lean Six Sigma Green Belt a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of MRP/DRP, replenishment, and S&OP/S&OE.
• Strong analytical capability to interpret large datasets and models.
• Knowledge of lead-time variability, sourcing rules, and planning master data.
• Proficiency with planning platforms and Excel, data modeling, dashboards.
• Ability to translate planning parameters into actionable decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end supply response for planned segments and translate signals into feasible actions.
• Evaluate recommendations; coordinate mitigation actions like expedite, transfer, or rebalance.
• Make routine replenishment, allocation, and inventory deployment decisions.
• Anticipate constraints and advise actions to improve continuity and working capital.
• Provide technical direction and support for complex planning issues.
• Apply planning policies and master data to improve output accuracy.
• Lead cross-functional supply discussions and escalate unresolved risks with options.
