Job summary
Carnival Cruise Line is seeking a Manager, Fleet Finance to lead cross-functional projects and drive transformation across Fleet Finance Operations, Finance Technology, IT, and FP&A. You translate business needs into clear requirements and guide adoption of new processes and tools onboard and ashore.
You will develop fleet-facing analytics, dashboards, and training materials, manage intake governance, and champion AI-enabled solutions to improve productivity and financial decision-making across
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, CS, data analytics or related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
- Proven experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM/SAFe).
- Hands-on with Jira and AzureDevOps for project tracking.
- Experience implementing AI-enabled technologies and analytics.
- Data analytics background or experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead Fleet Finance projects from intake to implementation with stakeholder alignment.
- Drive change management and fleet-wide enablement for new processes and tools.
- Develop and enhance Fleet Finance analytics, dashboards, reports, and scorecards.
- Serve as central triage point for requests and track resolutions.
- Collaborate with Finance Technology, IT, FP&A, and other teams on enhancements.
- Promote AI enablement, pilot initiatives, and automation opportunities.
