Job summary

Summit School Services LLC is seeking a Director of Warranty to lead warranty and recall efforts across the US and Canada. The role collaborates with Engineering, Product Management and Customer Service Centers to solve fleet warranty challenges and drive ongoing process improvements.

The position oversees hands-on daily warranty maintenance, claims processing and coordination with OEMs and dealers to maximize returns and maintain financial integrity.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years of experience in warranty processing.
• Experience with OEM vehicle warranty programs, claims and payment reconciliation.
• Strong understanding of OEM bulletins, recalls and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer end-product warranty processes.
• Ensure timely processing of warranty claims and high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Field Maintenance, manufacturers and internal teams on warranty issues.
• Manage warranty administrators and daily claim processing.
• Prepare warranty analysis reports for management.
