Xcel Energy is seeking a Fleet Warranty and Recall Specialist to manage all processes for warranty and recall of fleet assets, overseeing submittals and recovery, and serving as the liaison between manufacturers and Fleet Operations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5–7 years in fleet program management with recall/warranty focus, and experience with light to heavy-duty vehicles; strong MS Office and data analysis skills are needed; travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Automotive Technology, or related field.
• Five to seven years of experience in fleet program management with recall/warranty focus.
• Dealership warranty experience or utilities sector experience preferred.
• Experience with light, medium, and heavy‑duty vehicles with complex upfitting preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Fleet management tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage all warranty/recall processes and documentation for XE Fleet assets.
• Oversee filing, tracking, and recovery of warranty/recall claims; monitor timelines and payments.
• Serve as SME for warranty/recall procedures; coordinate training and updates with Fleet Operations.
• Develop KPIs and analytics for warranty/recall activities; collaborate with Asset Management and Sourcing.
• Build strong relationships with vendors and XE stakeholders across Finance, IT, and Purchasing.
