Xcel Energy in the United States is seeking a Fleet Warranty and Recall Manager to oversee all warranty/recall processes for fleet assets. You will coordinate with manufacturers, ports, and XE Fleet Operations to maximize claim recovery and ensure compliant handling of warranties and service bulletins.

The role requires 5–7 years in fleet program management, with strong procurement, asset management, and vendor management skills. Hybrid work model with some travel is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Automotive Technology, or related field.
• 5–7 years in fleet program management focusing on recall/warranty, procurement or asset management.
• Dealership warranty experience or utilities sector preferred.
• Experience with light, medium and heavy-duty vehicles with complex upfitting preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Fleet management tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee warranty/recall processes for XE's Fleet department; act as single point of contact.
• Manage filing of all warranty/recall claims; monitor timelines and deadlines; report metrics.
• Serve as SME for warranty/recall procedures; attend vendor training; update teams.
• Develop vendor warranty/recall KPIs and analyze data for compliance with Asset Management and Sourcing.
• Build strong relationships with vendors, Fleet Operations, Asset Management, Fleet Leadership and XE stakeholders.
