Job summary

Ladders, a leader in Healthcare, seeks a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to drive strategic planning, forecasting, and financial analysis across the organization. You will partner with senior leadership to strengthen reporting, guide investments, and provide clear visibility into performance.

The role also develops standardized FP&A practices to support disciplined planning and executive decision-making. Location: Remote for US-based candidates only.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 6 years of management experience.

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Financial Planning & Analysis to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will drive strategic planning, forecasting, and financial analysis across the organization’s business lines. You will partner closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to strengthen reporting, guide investment decisions, and provide clear visibility into performance. The position also owns the development of standardized FP&A practices that support disciplined planning and executive decision-making.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $105,000 – $165,375 annually
