Ladders is seeking a Corporate FP&A Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting in a fast-growing healthcare space. This remote role is US-based and focuses on ROI-based business cases and decision support across the organization.

You will own planning, budgeting, and financial visibility, partnering with stakeholders to improve processes, and implementing budgeting software. 4+ years FP&A and 2+ years people management are expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years FP&A or financial operations experience at a high-growth startup or tech company
• 2+ years of people management experience
• Strong knowledge of financial systems and processes
• Experience with budgeting and expense forecasting

For our client, we are seeking a Corporate FP&A Manager to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will own core corporate planning and reporting functions, with a strong focus on budgeting, forecasting, and financial visibility across the organization. The manager will partner closely with stakeholders to build ROI-based business cases and support decision-making in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. In addition, this person will help improve financial systems and processes while serving as a key point of contact for budgeting activities companywide.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $145,000 - $161,000 annually
