For our client, we are seeking a FP&A Manager to join the team of a leader in the Media space.

This role will partner closely with Finance and business stakeholders to drive planning, forecasting, and reporting that support sound decision‑making across the organization.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong corporate finance background, a hands‑on approach to financial modeling, and the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations for senior leadership.

You will help strengthen the FP&A function by improving processes, enhancing visibility into business performance, and supporting executive‑level reporting in a dynamic media environment.

Compensation: $132,000 – $231,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Support company-wide financial planning processes, including budgeting and forecasting
• Develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders in Finance
• Drive accurate financial forecasts for business units
• Contribute to the evolution of FP&A processes and reporting
• Support strategic business decisions through financial modeling
• Communicate complex analyses clearly to senior management

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a quantitative discipline
• 7+ years of experience in corporate finance and operational rolesProven ability to build strategic financial models

• Strong skills in creating C-suite and Board-level reporting materials
• Proactive in risk mitigation and cross‑functional alignment
