For our client, we are seeking a Executive Director, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This leadership role will own enterprise-wide FP&A execution, helping translate strategy into clear financial plans, forecasts, and decision support. The Executive Director will partner closely with segment leaders and senior executives to improve visibility into performance, guide resource allocation, and support growth initiatives. This position also plays a key role in shaping reporting for executive and Board audiences, with a particular emphasis on services economics and a mix of federal and commercial revenue structures.

The ideal candidate will bring deep financial leadership experience in a complex services environment and strong judgment in modeling, analysis, and planning. Success in this role will require a practical understanding of contracting dynamics, profitability drivers, and how to connect operational assumptions to financial outcomes.

Location: Chicago, IL - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $226,000 – $376,000 annually
