Job summary
Automatic Data Processing, Inc. is seeking a Director of Finance Transformation & AI to lead the next generation of Finance and Revenue Management capabilities across HRO.
This role involves solving high-impact business problems, prototyping innovative AI and automation solutions, and translating ideas into measurable outcomes. You will work with senior Finance and business leaders, partnering with Finance Systems, Data & Analytics, Engineering, Automation, and Technology teams to scale
Qualifications
- Experience leading Finance transformation initiatives in large, matrixed organizations.
- Strong SQL and Python skills for data analysis and prototyping.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate complex problems into solutions.
- Experience applying AI, automation, analytics and modern tech to Finance processes.
- Hands-on building experience with data- or tech-enabled solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead analyses on customer targeting, pricing, profitability, and performance for HRO leaders.
- Build next-generation Finance and Revenue Management capabilities and analytics.
- Prototype analytics, AI, agents, and automation using SQL, Python, and APIs.
- Define roadmap and prioritize high-value transformation opportunities across Finance.
- Partner with Finance Systems, Data & Analytics, Engineering, Automation, and Technology teams to productionize prototypes.
