Job summary

BridgeBio Pharma seeks an experienced Field Reimbursement Manager (Associate Director level) to ensure patient access to therapies by navigating complex reimbursement and access programs. You will interact with large accounts, educate providers, and support integration of products into practice workflows.

The role emphasizes strategic thinking, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s or equivalent preferred
• 5–8 years Biotech/Pharma experience, FRM background valuable
• Rare disease experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Experience in market access or community access
• Strong knowledge of healthcare reimbursement processes and compliance
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; data analysis proficiency
• Travel 60% requirement

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans for community access
• Serve as in-house expert on authorization processes
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
• Collaborate with providers, pharmacies and stakeholders to improve patient access
• Manage institutional pharmacies to ensure access
• Use data tools to assess access program effectiveness
• Manage community support programs and financial assistance
• Monitor healthcare policy and market dynamics to adapt strategies
