Job summary

Responsibilities

• Define and implement a standardized field readiness model with KPIs and ownership.
• Lead a program-management team for New Product Transition (NPT) within the PDR framework.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment across CSBG, Product Groups, Operations and Product Support.
• Travel up to 10%.
