Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in semiconductor capital equipment customer-facing roles in sales, business planning/operations, or related commercial roles.
• Proven track record delivering predictable business results through structured operating cadences.
• Strong commercial acumen including pricing, margin management and deal governance.
• Experience leading global, distributed teams in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Enable business objectives and differentiate sales strategies for multi-year profitable growth across NA and EU regions.
• Partner with Sales, Product Groups, Operations, and executive leadership to enable growth, profitability, and customer success.
• Improve internal forecasting and planning methods to anticipate customer demand for Lam equipment, upgrades, and services.
• Own improvement of customer trust metrics and ensure on-time tool deliveries and proactive issue resolution.
• Drive profitability through pricing, VF 2.0, and deal governance; support SARs and long-range planning.
• Lead quarterly business cadence including QBRs and QXRs with enterprise commitments.
