Job summary

Lam Research is seeking a senior leader in the San Francisco Bay Area to build and operationalize a field readiness capability that accelerates new product introductions and field ramp. You will reduce time from development to readiness and ensure clear ownership across Product, Support, and Field organizations.

You will lead a team of program managers within the PDR framework, redesign deliverables to reflect real outcomes, align stakeholders on readiness criteria, and drive accountability

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 8–10 years related experience; 5+ years in management.
• Experience in field/service operations and/or new product introduction.
• Proven ability to build and scale teams or operating models with clear ownership.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement a standardized field readiness model with KPIs.
• Lead program managers for New Product Transition within the PDR framework.
• Redesign processes and documentation to reflect deliverables and accountability.
• Cross-functional integration to align readiness deliverables and ownership; travel up to 10%.
