Job summary

Associa in Schaumburg seeks a Director of Field Services to manage the maintenance and construction department and oversee administrative management of large-scale projects. The Director will work with Boards of Directors, homeowners, managers, administrators, third-party vendors, and partner banks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5–7 years of directly related or closely related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Project Services to clients and managers.
• Build and manage project budgets and timelines.
• Act as liaison among Boards, homeowners, vendors, and banks.
• Lead project planning, vendor selection, and execution with minimal supervision.
• Develop department structure, tools, and templates for growth.
• Ensure projects meet client expectations on deadlines, quality, and communication.
• Manage and develop staff and project managers.
• Oversee administrative teams supporting each project.
• Identify at-risk clients and support retention through value-added services.
