Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of construction management/operations leadership experience.
• Background in commercial construction, restoration, or large-scale field operations.
• Construction Supervisor License (CSL) required.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, safety, quality, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all construction operations across the assigned region.
• Manage and mentor Project Managers, APMs, Superintendents, and Supervisors.
• Monitor project schedules, progress, budgets, profitability, and overall performance.
• Conduct job-site visits to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, building codes, and quality standards.
• Drive safety, quality, OSHA compliance, and operational excellence across projects.
• Manage vendors, subcontractors, clients, permits, inspections, and contract-related activities.
• Resolve project, client, vendor, and staffing issues effectively.
• Develop and improve construction processes, workflows, and team performance.
• Provide regular project and production updates to executive leadership.
