Job summary

The Imagine Group is seeking a Director, Field Installation Services to support account management related to installation and field services in a national scope. You will build a vendor database, refine qualifications, and oversee installations to ensure quality and profitability.

You will lead installation staff, assign RFQs, review costs, and develop department procedures to optimize regional project execution and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/PM or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of project management experience, preferably in retail graphics or similar industry.
• Experience managing a team, talent management, and development processes.
• Experience with profit/loss reporting and financial management.

Responsibilities

• Build a national database (vendor pool) of installers with service details by region.
• Develop qualification processes including insurance specifications.
• Manage simultaneous national installation of retail graphic projects.
• Oversee and plan installation program with consistency and high quality.
• Manage and report profit/loss per job and per client monthly/quarterly/yearly.
• Manage installation staff and assign RFQs and installs; conduct reviews.
• Review costs and RFQs with staff prior to issuing to clients.
• Review, develop, and access department procedures.
