Floor & Decor is seeking a District Field Install Team Manager to oversee the creative workflow and execution for Field Install Teams across multiple stores within the district. This role includes managing costs, scheduling, and capitalizable projects for SSC partners, and detailing monthly work scopes per NSVM and Store Requests.

You will lead a team of managers and specialists, collaborate with NSVM partners, and ensure timely completion of all projects while maintaining high customer service

Formación

• A Bachelor’s degree is required; relevant experience may substitute for the necessary education.
• A minimum of two to five years of relevant experience is required; background check including MVR.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and pass a pre-employment background check.

Responsabilidades

• Manage relationships with Field Install Team Associates and Store/Regional Teams across district markets.
• Lead quarterly FIT Store Performance Walks and provide training for Field Install Specialists and Supervisors.
• Ensure NSVM project scope aligns with forecasted hours based on market cadence.
• Oversee project schedules, timelines, and rollout of projects to meet due dates.
• Code hours to CSAR for NSVM projects and manage field and SSC changes.
• Provide weekly/monthly reports to leadership and coordinate weekly with NSVM/Execution teams.
