Job summary

The Imagine Group, LLC is seeking a Director, Field Installation Services to lead installation programs and support account management for field services. Responsibilities include building a national installer database, establishing qualifications, and ensuring high-quality, on-time project delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and experience managing large teams across multiple projects. Travel and strategic program oversight are expected as part of the position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience leading a team and developing talent.
• Experience with profit/loss reporting and financial management.
• 5–7 years of project management experience, preferably in retail graphics or related industry.

Responsibilities

• Build a national database (vendor pool) of installers with regional service details.
• Develop qualifications processes including insurance specifications for services.
• Oversee national installation of retail graphic projects with consistency and high quality.
• Manage and report profit/loss per job and per client monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Direct installation staff; assign RFQs and installs; plan labor needs; conduct performance reviews.
• Review costs and RFQs with staff before issuing to clients.
• Develop and access procedures throughout the department.

Job Summary:

The Director, Field Installation Services will support account management efforts regarding installation and field services.

Job Description:

• Build a national database (vendor pool) of installers with specific detail of type of service offered by region or area of country.
• Develop qualifications processes including insurance specifications detailing specific services and abilities.
• Responsible for simultaneous national installation of retail graphic projects.
• Oversee and plan installation program with consistency and highest level of quality.
• Manage and report profit/loss per job and per client, monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Manage installation staff. Provide daily/weekly assignments of RFQ’s and installs, access workload determination of labor needed on multiple projects. Conduct staff performance reviews.
• Review costs and RFQ’s with staff prior to issuing to internal client.
• Review, develop, and access procedures throughout the department.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Manages installation staff.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications of Position:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in managing a team, including talent management and team development processes.
• Experience with profit/loss reporting and financial management.
• 5-7 years of project management experience, preferably in retail graphics or a similar industry.

Preferred Qualifications of Position:

• Master’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
• 7-15 years of project management experience in retail graphics or a similar industry.
• PMP (Project Manager Professional) certification or similar.
• Advanced skills in financial and reporting.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Demonstrated success in leading large teams and managing complex projects.
• Strong ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Advanced proficiency in database management and project management tools.
• Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans for installation programs.
• Proven track record of creating departmental processes to deliver profitability expectations.
