Job summary

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree plus 4+ years in sales analytics/field effectiveness.
• Masters + 8+ years in sales analytics/field effectiveness.
• Bachelor’s + 10+ years in sales analytics/field effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for program management and oversight of field effectiveness initiatives.
• Develop organizational design, roles, and goals for Field Effectiveness.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive improvements in field operations and analytics.
• Monitor field performance and propose solutions to issues.
