Volley Automation seeks a Director of Field Deployment & Market Services to translate signed contracts into commissioned, high-performing automated parking facilities and sustain uptime over their operating life. Based at the Denver HQ, the role leads GC coordination, permitting, integration with building systems, and establishing a local service network.

The position requires hands-on leadership across on-site deployment, lab validation at the Denver HQ, and extended on-site deployments in NYC,

Qualifications

• 10+ years in field deployment or construction operations for property technology, building systems, or industrial hardware delivered into new construction environments.
• General contractor counterpart with contractual, scheduling and trade-coordination experience in ground-up commercial construction.
• Direct experience deploying technology inside ground-up development (multifamily, mixed-use, office, hospitality, or parking).
• Strong knowledge of development and construction contract structures and risk allocation between owner, GC, sub, and equipment vendor.

Responsabilités

• Lead on-site deployment teams from groundbreaking through commissioning across all active projects.
• Embed in markets (NYC, Nashville, Northern California) to lead first deployments and translate field learnings into a repeatable playbook.
• Serve as primary technical/operational interface with GCs, owners reps, and AEC partners on each project.
• Manage construction interfaces with VRC and lift manufacturers, MEP trades, and BMS integrators.
• Oversee Denver HQ lab validation, simulations, and readiness for live deployments.
