Heven AeroTech is seeking a Director of Business Development to own and grow our pursuit and account plan strategy across the Intelligence Community, DoD intelligence organizations, the U.S. Coast Guard, and the Department of State.

The role emphasizes counterterrorism and counternarcotics missions supported by ISR applications of Group 2/3 UAS, requiring a proven ability to navigate IC, DoD, USCG, and State Department processes and to open doors across security communities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Active TS clearance required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Intelligence Community acquisition, budget, and requirements processes.
• Willingness to travel up to 30–40% CONUS, with occasional OCONUS travel.

Responsabilidades

• Own the IC and federal Global Security BD strategy, account plan, and pipeline through award.
• Build and convert pilots, demonstrations, and early engagements into programs of record.
• Develop and maintain relationships with IC, DoD, USCG, and State Department organizations.
• Lead or support gate reviews and capture strategy development with the growth team.
• Represent Heven AeroTech at IC/DoD/maritime security and State Department events.
• Provide accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting inputs.
