Job summary

Ad Hoc is seeking a Director of Client Growth & Strategy, HHS, to drive strategic relationships and opportunities within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. The role blends customer engagement, market insight, and capture leadership to translate mission needs into growth across federal civilian health programs.

You'll work in a hybrid environment, engaging with delivery, technology, contracts, and exec stakeholders. Travel across the DC metro area may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing customer relationships in federal health market.
• Ability to translate customer intelligence into actionable growth opportunities.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account and growth strategies across assigned HHS customers and operating divisions.
• Build and maintain relationships with HHS program, technology, acquisition, and executive stakeholders.
• Develop qualified pipeline and identify new business, recompetes, task orders, takeaways, and organic growth opportunities.
• Identify whitespace within existing HHS relationships and expand into adjacent programs and organizations.
• Lead capture activities from qualification through proposal and award; shape opportunities before solicitation.
