PROJECT HOSPITALITY INC. is hiring a Sr. Program Director to oversee Hospitality House in Staten Island, NY, directing daily operations and supervising the Family Supported Housing Program.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work (LMSW or LCSW preferred).
• Minimum four years experience in homeless services, substance abuse and/or mental health treatment.
• Two years administrative and/or supervisory experience in related areas.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Highest level of professionalism and ethical standards.

Responsabilités

• Functions as a leader and facilitator within the area of responsibility; maintains effective lines of communication with staff.
• Oversees the Family Supported Housing Program.
• Manages HR: recruitment, orientation, evaluations, credentialing, staff development and training.
• Monitors program budget; controls expenses and revenues; approves check requisitions under $1000.
• Represents the program in marketing, community relations and DHS meetings as directed.
• Contributes to program development, monitoring, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensures timely, accurate reporting with the Office Manager; liaises with DHS and regulators.
• Ensures compliance with OTDA 900-series regulations and contractual obligations.
• Supervises staff; conducts weekly meetings and keeps minutes.
• Oversees facility management, cleanliness, maintenance and equipment inventories.
• Monitors census with DHS to operate at or near full capacity.
• Participates in internal and external professional activities to advance family homeless services.
