Job summary

LifeBridge Health in Baltimore seeks an Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Facilities and Engineering to oversee Sinai Hospital, Grace Medical Center, and Levindale. The AVP directs maintenance, engineering, and housekeeping across sites, advising Administration on building plans and renovations.

You will supervise emergency and major repair work, ensure regulatory compliance, develop departmental strategy, manage staff and budget, and drive performance improvements to deliver a safe, reliable

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant experience leading facilities operations.
• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• Experience overseeing multiple sites and hospital facilities.
• Knowledge of safety, regulatory, and JC AHO inspections.

Responsibilities

• Advise VP on operational issues affecting departments.
• Coordinate Snow Plan for staff, patients, physicians.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with health departments and licensing bodies.
• Develop departmental strategy aligned with LifeBridge Health.
• Lead staff and improve customer relations and performance.
• Monitor facilities trends and advise administration.
• Set department goals consistent with LifeBridge Health.
• Hire, staff, and manage department within budget.
• Drive continuous departmental performance improvements.
