The Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Facilities and Engineering oversees multiple sites within the LifeBridge Health system; responsible for Sinai Hospital, Grace Medical Center, and Levindale. Directs the maintenance, engineering, and housekeeping of building, grounds, and equipment, acting in an advisory capacity to the Administration when changes in the existing structure are planned or additions to the physical plant are proposed. Supervises emergency and major repair work and regularly inspects the hospital buildings and equipment. Supervises and directs the design and development of all construction and renovation projects. This position has multi-site facilities oversight for Sinai Hospital, Grace Medical Center, and Levindale Hospital. Coordinates and manages the Hospital programs related to the maintenance, engineering, and housekeeping of the building, grounds, and equipment. Supervises emergency and major repair work and regularly inspects the hospital buildings and equipment.
Salary Pay Range: $72.65 to $116.24 (based on experience)
