Job summary

Sinai Hospital, part of LifeBridge Health, seeks a Facilities Maintenance Team Leader to supervise a 24/7 shift of maintenance staff in Baltimore. Lead, coach, and schedule technicians while coordinating downtime, PM work, and rapid response to service calls across HVAC, electrical, and life-safety systems.

This role offers direct leadership responsibilities from day one and exposure to a broad range of hospital systems, with tuition reimbursement and ongoing professional development

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of relevant maintenance or facilities experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating repairs and preventive maintenance across a shift.

Responsibilities

• Own shift-level leadership: lead, coach, and schedule maintenance associates.
• Resolve equipment downtime and drive preventive maintenance across your shift.
• Manage and troubleshoot critical systems: fire alarm, nurse call, pneumatic tube.
• Coordinate repairs with other shops and outside contractors.
