Job summary

Northwest Hospital in Baltimore County, part of LifeBridge Health, seeks a Senior Plant & Facilities Manager to maintain the hospital's physical plant, oversee electrical systems, and ensure safe, compliant operations.

You will lead maintenance staff, optimize heating/cooling, manage pumps and boilers, coordinate with hospital leadership, and uphold Joint Commission standards while delivering reliable services to patients and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Seven+ years of experience in plant/facilities maintenance or related field
• Master Electrician License – MD license or eligibility to obtain MD license

Responsibilities

• Oversees Plant and Facilities Maintenance Staff.
• Monitors/heats and cooling systems within the plant's domain.
• Oversees repairs to pumps, boilers, chillers, and compressors.
• Ensures compliance with Joint Commission and safety standards.
